At Hello Sitter we are proud to have NYC’s best babysitters. Not only are they all fully screened and vetted for safety and experience, they’re also all personally interviewed by us to insure that they are “kid people,” up for fun and ready for whatever your kids want to do (within house rules of course). We know it can be nerve-wracking to have a new sitter come over and it’s so nice to know a little bit about the person who’ll be taking care of your kids. How I deal if kids are having separation anxiety: Distract them with a new game and tell them they will get to show their parents when they get home!

My snack specialty is: Hummus and carrots! YUM 🙂
In my free time I like to: Read books & watch movies
If I were a superhero my name or talent would be: I think it would be wicked cool to fly and control nature!
The NYC kid-friendly place I wish existed in my hometown: Growing up my favorite thing to do was going to see Broadway shows with my family! The magic of the stage was so amazing to me as a child.
NYC kids are the best because: Because they are such creative and outgoing spirits that always put a smile on my face!
I love when kids teach me about: Finding the fun in any situation 🙂
More about Kaitlynn: “I grew up in a large family environment so I have been around kids most of my life, and I am still a kid at heart. I love being around kids and working with them. I grew up a very well rounded individual and I have my parents to thank for that. I worked at my dance studio student teaching, which really gave me a sense of purpose and leadership skills I could go on to further later in life. I have babysat for 6-7 years for different family friends and neighbors throughout high school and college. I am creative and passionate person that works really well with children of different ages.”
